Tristan Prettyman’s new album, Cedar + Gold, will be shifting release dates and is now due out October 2nd on Capitol Records. “Breakup plus love lost equals a glorious lady-centric record,” observed Marie Claire while PEOPLE Style Watch praised the album’s “soulful, shimmering songs.” “Her music is both pop and folk, with flecks of Bonnie Raitt, and reflects the influence of artists like Ani DiFranco and Joni Mitchell,” noted The Wall Street Journal.
The California singer-songwriter has already licensed a new song from the album to appear on the season premiere of “Grey’s Anatomy” September 27th.
“My Oh My,” the album’s first single, is a Top 20 hit at Triple A radio and is quickly climbing the Hot AC chart. The song is a bonus track on the best-selling multi-artist album series NOW That’s What I Call Music! Vol. 43.
