London electronic duo SEVERIN have announced details of their new single, following the release of Everything Breaks EP earlier this year. “Ways To Distract” will be out on 22 October 2012 on Tip Top Recordings (Blue on Blue, GHXST). ‘Ways To Distract’ is the first single to be taken from the band’s debut album, due for release early next year.



Danny Sanchez (beats / guitar / electronics) and Elizabeth Anne Martin (bass / synths / vocals) have recorded the single with producer Rory Attwell (Yuck / Test Icicles / Teeth / Kasms). After their successful UK tour in June with GHXST, they’ve confirmed 2 London shows:
  • October 24 – London, The Waiting Room, Tip Top Recordings 2nd Birthday party, w/Looking Glass, Forest live + Ulterior + Blue on Blue DJ
  • October 29 – London, The Lexington, w/ Fight Like Apes
