Girls Aloud’s new single, 'Something New', has leaked online, even though the girls tried to keep it firmly under wraps, with a ‘special announcement’ scheduled for the 19th of October.
Metro reports that although the girls have been doing a countdown to their ‘special announcement’, they released a teaser video, with the new single playing in the background.
'Something New' sounded like a typical, high tempo Girls Aloud offering, with the vocals being shared between the quintet.
It’s safe to say that the track was swiftly pulled from YouTube, fans took to Twitter to tweet their opinions of the track, with quite a few very impressed with what they heard.
Although the girls are planning their 10th year anniversary tour and a greatest hits album, they’ve also announced that this will be their final hoorah, as the fivesome.
