The Neighbourhood have announced details of the release of their debut EP. Recorded in their native Los Angeles, the EP is available on 10” vinyl and CD on 8th October. The new version of ‘Female Robbery’, featuring production by Emile Haynie (Lana Del Rey, Kid Cudi) premiered exclusively on Zane Lowe’s BBC Radio One on 6th August. The band first came to Zane’s attention back in March, when the DJ named the single ‘Sweater Weather’ his ‘Hottest Record In The World’.

The Neighbourhood are set to play a short U.K. tour in November. The dates are as follows:

  • 14th London Borderline
  • 15th Manchester Deaf Institute
  • 16th Glasgow King Tuts
Tickets are available via www.gigsandtours.com and www.ticketmaster.co.uk and are priced at £5, except in London where they are £8.
