Fiercely independent UK rockers Falling Red have been personally chosen to support US band Steel Panther on their upcoming UK November tour.
The Carlisle based band has built a solid UK fan base through constant touring up and down the UK having played in excess of 300 gigs in the last two and a half years. The band released their critically acclaimed debut Shake The Faith in early 2010 and followed it up with an EP Hasta La Victoria Siempre in 2011.

Unlike so many bands in their genre Falling Red have worked, rather than just talked about work, and it’s paid off. The Steel Panther support slot was one of the most hotly contested UK tours to get on and in securing the slot Falling Red will be treading the boards at 2000-4000 capacity venues including London’s legendary Hammersmith Apollo.
Rozey Lead Singer and Guitarist from Falling Red said: “We haven’t come down yet, we can’t fucking believe it. To be chosen personally by Steel Panther and their management as special guests on their UK tour is one thing, but when we saw the venues we’re playing it just raised the bar. Everyone wants the chance to tread the boards at Hammersmith Apollo, it’s been host to so many great rock shows and we’ve got that chance. Couple that with gigs at Rock City, The Apollo in Manchester and The Corn Exchange in Edinburgh and this tour is what dreams are made of. This is our opportunity to step up and prove to people that we are leaders not followers in the UK scene. We’ve always wanted it all and we’ve never been scared to work fucking hard to get it all.”
