With the anticipated release of their Kaleidoscope EP a few weeks away, Newcastle’s Shields are giving away a free download of their track ‘Mezzanine’ from their Soundcloud page. The whole EP will be available for free on their official website on November 19th.

The incredible creative ‘Mezzanine’ video (which saw the band transformed into sock-puppets) helped the band garner a lot of early attention and the track has already seen plays from BBC Radio 1. Recent live shows have cemented the band as one of the country’s brightest new bands.

Shields can be seen at the remaining tour dates with To Kill A King:
  • October 30th – Leopard, Doncaster
  • November 2nd– The Ruby Lounge, Manchester
