Music - Philadelphia-based rapper Cassidy is scheduled to turn himself in Friday (June 17) to face murder charges in relation to the shooting death of a 22-year-old man on April 15 in northwest Philadelphia. MTV.com reports that a warrant was issued for the rapper's arrest on June 8.
