ViaRemote, which is powered by Arsenal Digital and offered through StorageTek's Remote Managed Storage services, is designed to help customers minimize downtime, enhance business continuity, and achieve regulatory compliance without capital investment or additional onsite IT support. ViaRemote is managed at a secure, offsite storage facility and enables users to schedule and monitor online backup and restores via a Web-based portal. With ViaRemote's Fast Restore option, a preconfigured storage appliance is installed on the customer’s LAN.
