Music - During closing arguments in Lil' Kim's federal perjury and obstruction of justice trial in Manhattan on Monday (March 14), federal prosecutor Cathy Seibel urged the jury to convict the rapper because she told "preposterous" lies to a grand jury investigating the February 2001 shootout outside New York's WQHT-FM. New York Newsday reports that Siebel told jurors, "Maybe she really believed she was the queen bee, that she was above the law.
