Duh.... why they thought we would rather see the same bullshit ads over and over rather than the performances is completely beyond me. I don't tune in to MTV very often...and when I do, it sure as shit isn't to hear what SWAY has to say about poverty in Africa or how 'tuff' the Black Eyed Peas are.

It was pumped up as this huge deal performance thing... but then we didn't get to see any of it. C'mon now.

I don't understand why they didn't show it commercial free the first time it was on. I saw more commercials than I did performances. And I HATE the black eyed peas!! I really want to shoot the female!!

for a concert that was "sooooo important" they couldn't russle up some good American acts and have them perform in America??? what the shit is that...there are tons of good artists here, i don't understand why we got Will Smif and BEP.
