instruments onstage Monday at the Greek Theater that some fans
wondered if the White Stripes might stray from their two-person
lineup and bring on some hired hands. Those thoughts, however,
vanished as the evening progressed. While the Detroit duo stuck
to the basic guitar and drums pairing for most of their
90-minute-plus set, the evening's most engaging moments came
when Jack White put down his electric guitar and Meg White
