Yahoo! Music - The Backstreet Boys kicked off their first tour in almost four years Monday night (March 21) with a show at New York City's Irving Plaza. The club is much smaller than the stadiums the group played years ago, but the purpose of this tour is to reconnect with their fans and introduce new material from their upcoming album.
