Yahoo! Music - Posters for Mariah Carey's upcoming CD, the Emancipation of Mimi, declare "The Voice is Back" on April 12. But even though ads for the new CD place a new emphasis on the diva's powerful vocals, she says her prowess has always been there. Mariah tells Billboard, "The voice has been here all along.
