The Shirts for a Cure Project Adds A Special Bayside Shirt To Help Raise Money For The John Holohan Memorial Fund
Baltimore, Maryland – November 8, 2005 – The Shirts for a Cure Project, along with the help from members of Bayside, has created a special memorial Bayside shirt which will help raise money and awareness for the John Holohan Memorial Fund. Early on the morning of October 31st Bayside’s van hit a patch of ice and flipped outside of Cheyenne, WY. Drummer John “Beatz” Holohan lost his life in this tragic accident. SFAC has pledged to help raise money for a memorial fund which has been set up in Holohan’s name.

The Shirts for a Cure Project features limited edition t-shirts from various bands to aide The Syrentha Savio Endowment (SSE) in its efforts to provide funding for chemotherapy and other medication for underprivileged women who cannot afford the growing expense of fighting breast cancer. Since it’s inception in 2002, SSE has already raised more then $250,000 and awarded grants totaling more then $100,000 to organizations in Washington D.C., Philadelphia and Los Angeles.
