<a href="http://www.jadetree.com/">Jade Tree</a> hardcore act <a href="http://www.breatherresist.com/">Breather Resist</a> have <a href="http://www.lambgoat.com/news/view.aspx?id=5895">parted ways</a> with vocalist Steven Sindoni. While no explanation has been provided, the band will not replace Sindoni but instead plan to have Evan Patterson and Nick Thieneman take over vocal duties for the band.

The band has also decided to refrain from performing their older material saying:
<blockquote>
Most of the lyrics are written from [Steve's] perspective and it would insulting to ever attempt to play those songs without him.
</blockquote>
<p>
The band has begun work on the follow up to 2004's <a href="reviews.php?op=albumrevi ew&id=3360"><i>Charmer</i></a> and has nine songs written with plans for a fall 2006 release.
