Yahoo! Music - Twista is home recovering after he was involved in a serious car accident on Saturday (January 7). Allhiphop.com reports that the rapper was hit at approximately 4 a.m. while driving in his Dodge Charger. While Twista pulled over, the driver of the other vehicle kept going. The rapper's manager Rawle Stewart said, "He is at home with his private doctor under observation.
