In a message on the band's myspace blog, Rufio bassist Jon Berry has said goodbye to the Nitro Records band. Jon had this to say:

My heart left the band a while ago, and now I feel its an appropriate time to physically leave the band while we’re still friends, just how we started it. I want to say thank you to all of our fans in all parts of the world, you’ve been nothing less than spectacular to us, and especially to me.
