Video Artist Paik Dies at 74 (AP)

 

Korean-born video artist Paik Nam-june speaks about his new video art titled 'Global Glove 2004' displayed at Berlin, Germany, in this March 2004 photo. Paik, known as the inventor of video art, died Sunday night, Jan. 29, 2006 of natural causes at his Miami apartment according to a statement on his Web site. He was 74.
