Oshawa, Ontario's Cuff The Duke will support their self-titled 2005 Hardwood Records full length with a series of Canadian tour dates in February and March. By the time the band hits the prairies it will have picked up tour mates in the form of Nova Scotia by-way-of Toronto "pop orchestra" the Hylozoists and frequent Weakerthans collaborators FemBots.



The band welcomed 2006 with a number of lineup changes. Firstly Dale Murray has joined the group on guitar and pedal steel. Drummer Matt Faris will have to undergo surgury to repair a broken wrist that was incorrectly diagnosed as a sprain, and as a result will not be behind the kit on the band's upcoming tour. He will however be performing as "one-handed percussionist / keyboard player" while band friend Patrick Conan helps out on drums.
