A date and some details have been revealed for the upcoming posthumous DVD from hardcore innovators, Refused.



Titled Refused are Fucking Dead, the label had this to say by way of description:

In this undaunted documentary, Refused guitarist Kristofer Steen retraces the steps of how punk rock’s brave new sound forged it’s way through the swamps and swill on their last campaign in Europe and America, rushing like mad dogs to meet with their inevitable doom.

The film will also include live footage and a other material. The band split up in shortly after the release of their 1998 opus, The Shape of Punk to Come. The disc is expected April 21st, 2006 in Germany, Austria and Italy. April 19th in Scandanavia, April 24th in the rest of Europe. Australia will see the release on April 15th, and April 25th for North America.
