[punknews.org] Propagandhi compiling footage for DVD; launch radio station

G7 Welcoming Committee, the co-operatively owned Winnipeg-based label and Canadian home of Propagandhi have announced a new DVD project from the band.

The label is currently compiling a disc, tentatively described as 400 Gigs of Raw Power, and are soliciting "decent quality live" footage from the band. Of particular interest is footage recorded during the 2005 Crimean tour and footage recorded in Quebec City during the 2001 summit of the Americas. or in Montreal at the Metropolis.

In addition, two members of the team - Chris and Derek - have launched a new Internet Radio station/podcast. The premiere episode includes music from Dead Kennedys, Shellac, Billy Bragg, SNFU, Karate and others as well as "unscripted and unabridged stupidity punctuated with incredibly rare - nay, endangered - moments of insight and two-bit sound effects."

You can check that out here.
