[punknews.org] Salinas Records update: Gibbons finished, bands in vans, the Measure release debut

<A href="http://www.unshadowed.com/salinas/">Salinas Records</a> have some rumblings afoot.
<br /><br />
Starting off on a sad note, <a href="http://www.angelfire.com/boybands/thegibbons">The Gibbons</a> have called it a day. The band will be playing their last show on May 20th in Detroit at the Trumbullplex. The band previously released <i>It's Called Leaning Back</i> and will be releasing a split with <a href="http://www.unshadowed.com/northlincoln">North Lincoln</a> in May.<br /><br />

<A href="http://www.mosquitoinc.org/hotnewmexicans">Hot New Mexicans</a>, <a href="http://www.frameframeframe.com/">Frame</a>, and Lemuria are all going on tour in the near future, while <A href="http://mosquitoinc.org/onereason/">One Reason</a> and Drunken Boat are teaming up for a summer tour. Also, Stranger on a Train, formerly known as Monarch, are readying their demo for release.
<br /><br />
<A href="http://www.themeasuresa.com/">The Measure {Strictly Analog}</a> have released their first LP <i>Historical Fiction</i> and are headed out on tour.
