BUILT TO SPILL TO RELEASE "YOU IN REVERSE" APRIL 11th
NATIONWIDE TOUR POSTPONED TO SUMMER/FALL

Burbank, CA: Five years of waiting will finally come to an end for fans as Boise, Idaho band Built to Spill will release their already critically hailed You In Reverse out April 11, 2006. The national tour that was supposed to coincide with release is postponed due to emergency surgery. Doug Martsch suffered a detached retina and as a result is restricted to ample rest. All tickets will be honored or refundable. Check your local outlet for details.

The band has also launched www.myspace.com/builttospill page and pure excitement has already started surrounding the first track "Goin Against Your Mind." Billboard.Com enthused: "At nearly nine minutes, the song is the most rocking and expansive piece of music Built To Spill has unveiled in years." The full album will also become available in the digital domain at all participating online outlets on day of release.
