[punknews.org] Tours: Sonic Youth touring with Pearl Jam
 

Sonic Youth have posted tour dates supporting their upcoming release Rather Ripped. The band is already scheduled to perform at Lollapalooza and Bonnaroo, and will be adding dates with fellow 90's grunge icons Pearl Jam. The band will also be playing various shows in Europe, including a night in Paris at the Nouveau Casino and a resident from December 8th-10th for the UK Nightmare Before Christmas.




2005 was a busy year for the band, releasing the sixth installment of their Sonic Youth Recording series with Tim Barnes and reissuing their major label debut Goo.
