After releasing The Best Of Goldfinger last year on Maverick, it appears the long-running ska/punk act Goldfinger has parted ways with the label. We have a picked an album title and it will be released in the spring by SideOneDummy. The album follows the band's last studio full length for Maverick as well, Disconnection Notice. The news is somewhat surprising in light of the significant role frontman John Feldman plays at Maverick, with his involvement in A&R and production at the label and the signing of acts including The Used, Mest, Story of the Year and more.
