Landmine Marathon have enlisted North Side Kings guitarist Ryan Butler. ( ) Butler is a longtime friend of Landmine Marathon through his involvement in the Phoenix metal and hardcore scenes. As well as being a member of North Side Kings and an ex-member of Unruh and Structure Of Lies, Butler runs his own studio, Arcane Digital Recording (Phobia, Misery Index), where he engineered and mixed Landmine Marathon's debut album, Wounded. Landmine Marathon bassist Matt Martinez describes the addition of Butler as "new yet familiar blood running through us." Landmine Marathon, who recently returned home from a full US tour, are currently writing music for their next album.
