Insound has launched a campaign to "Save The Album." The campaign is designed to help celebrate a format that hasendured recent threats at the hands of single track sales andsubscription offers. Noted and respected indie artists the Decemberists,Bloc Party, the Mountain Goats, Pretty Girls MakeGraves and the Walkmen are among some of the bands that have have recorded short video piecescelebrating their favorite albums.
