Sadly defunct indie/punk trio Sleater-Kinney have begun work on a retrospective DVD to document the band's decade long career. The band is hoping fans will be able to help by providing video content to add to the disc:

f you have any film or video footage of us that's gathering dust in your closet, please do us the favor of digging it out and sending us a copy. Over the years, we've amassed a pretty large library of images ourselves, but in our quest to make a complete visual artifact, we didn't want to leave any stone unturned. Please limit submissions to DVD or VHS format only. Also, please do not send in originals, as we will not be able to return your submissions. Lastly, we promise not to use any footage without the submitters consent.

The band went on an indefinite hiatus shortly after the release of their acclaimed 2005 full length, The Woods.
