Eyeball Records has announced the signing of The New Atlantic. The label made the announcement, saying:

We're honored that New Atlantic chose to sign with us. We immediately connected with the band as friends which only strengthened our endless admiration for their talent and work ethic. Not to mention they are some really handsome dudes.

To celebrate the announcement the band and label released "Wire And Stone," a brand new online-exclusive track featuring guest vocals by the band's longtime friend Will Pugh of Cartel. This version of the song will not be on the upcoming album and can be purchased on iTunes via this link. Currently, the band are in Seattle recording their debut album with producers Casey Bates and Bobby Darling of Gatsby's American Dream. The new album, titled The Streets, The Sounds, and The Love will be in stores everywhere on April 10th, 2007. You can check out some of their material on their myspace page.
