Denver/Boulder, Colorado's Signal To Noise has released their debut for Eyeball Records in the form of a digital-only downloadable EP. The disc is titled Stop When the Rain Starts. The five song offering includes tracks exclusive to the release and precedes the band's full length debut, Kodiak which is due out on February 2007. It was recorded at Vudu Studios on Long Island by Mike Watts and Rich Liegey. You can preview or purchase the record here.
