Topshelf-Records has announced the singing of Northampton, Massachusetts’s foursome Stand Up Get Down. Though young in age, with all members still in high school, the band promises more than your average "three chord songs and lyrics only about girls", with influences from groups like Minus The Bear, the Dismemberment Plan and Fugazi. Their debut full-length, We Have Something To Celebrate, is scheduled for release in Spring 2006. .
