As we mentioned earlier in a Salinas Records update and a post about the Art of the Underground Single Series, North Lincoln is gearing up for some new output. The band has 25 songs written and big plans for the output.
They'll be recording with Rob McGregor at Goldentone Studio in Gainesville, Florida. They're planning to release this on No Idea the first week of March. This follows their 2004 LP Truth Is A Menace. They have three other planned releases: their entry in the Art of the Undergound Singles Series, a Split 10" with the Drunken Boats (formerly known as Drunken Boat - 1-2-3-4 Go! Records), and a Split 7" with You Me & the Atom Bomb. A tentative split with This Is My Fist! is planned, but the details aren't solidified yet.
After recording, the band is heading on a five week tour of the UK and Europe with You Me & the Atom Bomb. The split between the bands will be UK/Europe only and should be available during the tour.
