Jonny Stevens, the Halifax-based signer / songwriter who formerly fronted punk act The New Breed, has released two songs from his upcoming solo debut. You can check out "Starting Over" and "You Can't Take Me" on at his website. Tour dates and a record release show have yet to be announced, but the album should be in stores this March via Racket Records and Publishing. While there, you can also check out The New Breed's video for "Streets of Gold." It stars John Dunsworth, famous (in Canada) for his portrayal of Mr. Lahey on the Showcase TV series Trailer Park Boys.
