Sonic Youth has announced a series of dates in the United States, Mexico and Japan. The band is touring in support of their recent rarities compilation titled The Destroyed Room: B-sides and Rarities. The album features three tracks never before released and nine rarities from more recent output, including the 2001 Noho Furniture Sessions. The disc is the second release from the band from 2006, the first being the studio album, Rather Ripped.
