Billboard is reporting that the Beastie Boys are aiming to return with a brand new full length this summer. The trio are reportedly putting the finishing touches on their new record, which will be the first since 2004's To The 5 Boroughs.Though it's been three years since Boroughs, the members have remained busy with other projects. Last year, the group released the unique fan-recorded live DVD, Awesome: I ****in’ Shot That! DVD. Adam "MCA" Yauch worked with the Bad Brains on their long-delayed comeback record which is heading for a Spring release.New material from the record is expected to surface at various festivals this summer, including Sasquatch followed by a several European festivals.
