2006 was an incredible year for Sworn Enemy as they proved with their release “Beginning Of The End” that they truly have a leading role in hard music. “Beginning Of The End” has sold a massive amount of copies and was a top 10 album on metal radio. The single “Scared Of The Unknown” was one of the top played videos of the year on MTV’s Head Banger’s Ball and the band made an appearance as special guests on the show. Sworn Enemy toured nonstop in the North America and Europe with heavy hitters such as Hatebreed, Sepultura, Caliban, Anthrax and recently headlined the ‘Trend Killer Tour’ that sold out a large number of dates bringing out almost 1,000 fans to many of the shows.
Continuing their building momentum, Sworn Enemy are getting ready to record their new album this May that will see a fall release date through Abacus Recordings. The album will be recorded in New York and San Diego with production duties being handled by Tim Lambesis (As I Lay Dying) and Joey Z (Life Of Agony)."Sworn Enemy guitarist Lorenzo Antonucci is ecstatic about the project saying, "This record is going to be a monster. We're very excited to be working with Tim again on this next one. Joey Z is one of our favorite guitar players, and it's an honor to be working next to him.”
