Black Tie Revue's "Code Fun" CD will officially hit the streets on Tuesday, April 17, 2007. Hailing from the Steel City, Pittsburgh PA (sorry, I got it mixed up with Philly, the city of brotherly love in the last news letter-oops!) this ultra-catchy hook-laden power-pop band is getting some rave reviews after their little jaunt to SXSW. NEW COOL THREADS ARRIVE AT GEARHEAD RECORDS RETAIL STORE
We continue to get fun new inventory in at our retail store, Gearhead Records and Stuff. Located at 39 5th St. Suite C, Woodland CA 95695, the store is open Noon - 7PM Tuesday through Saturday. Brand new this week is a shipment from our pals at Lucky 13, including some kick-ass Men's and Women's mechanics jackets, and just in time for the heat of the central valley, Men's and Women's Beater t-shirts featuring some of their most popular designs. We've also just received a shipment from Sailor Jerry that includes the cool Shot Glass set, Cordial Glass set, and Pint Glass set, all featuring the distinctive tattoo designs that Sailor Jerry is known for. We also got some cute new girly t shirts, stripes with sailing ships and anchors, as well as Sailor Jerry Socks! Don't see what you're looking for in the shop? We are finally able to place special orders for CDS and LPs, DVDs, videos and clothing! If you are looking for something and you don't see it in the shop, we'll track it down for you. Its really easy, and is a popular new feature now available for our customers.

GEARHEAD RECORDS SIGNS WISCONSIN BAND BOB BURNS AND THE BREAKUPS
We've continued to keep our ears open for exciting new bands, and are pleased to announce inking a deal with Steven's Point, WI based Bob Burns and The Breakups. With a 7" available from Plastic Idol Records (thanks Mario!) as well as their debut full-length release on Trash Records, Bob Burns and the Breakups are everything great about punk rock. Think The Middle Class, The Dils, early Black Flag, and Fear mixed with New Bomb Turks and The Devil Dogs and you can see why we're so excited to add this band to our roster. A tour is scheduled for June and their new LP/CD will be available June 26. Welcome to Gearhead boys!
