Oshawa, Ontario's Cuff the Duke have set an October 23rd release date for their upcoming third full length and follow up to 2005's self titled release. Hardwood Records, the Universal backed imprint run by Toronto singer / songwriter Paul Hayden Desser, will again be behind the release. The new record will carry the title Sidelines of the City (beating out the earlier announced Confessions From A Parkdale Basement). A Canadian tour is planned to support the release with dates to be announced soon.In recent years members of the band have joined members of the Weakerthans and FemBots in the instrumental indie rock collective Hylozoists. Frontman Wayne Petti also recently issued his solo debut City Lights Align via Outside Music this past March.
