At tonights show in Altoona, PA, Counting Crows announced that their new double disc album would be in stores November 6th and is called Saturday Nights and Sunday Mornings. They said the first disc is Saturday Nights and is about sin, dilution, and break down and that Sunday Mornings is about having to live with what you've done. Half the set was new songs and they all sounded fantastic. Adam also said, "Touring isn't about New York City or Chicago. People often forget the little parts of America like Altoona, but we haven't forgotten. It's been a great 14 years and here is to another 14, another 20--we aren't going anywhere." He also apologized that it took five years for the new album. The set even included his four year old nephews, who played fake instruments for one song.
