Dr. Dog is proud to announce a 38-date headlining tour beginning September 28th, in support of their critically acclaimed album, WE ALL BELONG. To kick off the tour, Dr. Dog will sing the "Star Spangled Banner" at the Philadelphia Phillies baseball game, September 27th. In other news, Beck has remixed the band's second single, THE GIRL, for a
special 7-inch due out in October. The B-side to the 7-inch will be a cover of HEART IT RACES by Architecture In Helsinki. Beginning September 11th, Dr. Dog will support Wilco on their September tour, before they head out on their own headlining run.
Rolling Stone Magazine raves Dr. Dog's version of HEART IT RACES "win's big" and gush's "The Philadelphia roots theorists drop the original's dance-hall-calypso vibe in place of electro hand claps, acoustic strums and vocal call-backs full of Seventies sunshine, turning an OK single into a must hear."
