Beaumont, Texas' Joe Jitsu has posted three songs from their Stephen Egerton produced sophomore record, The Perfect Life online via MySpace. The band describes the album as their ode to the Beach Boys. Egerton guests on the record also, which was recorded at his new Tulsa on the Tulsa studio, Armstrong Recording. Matt Riggle of 41 Gorgeous Blocks also guests. Pittsburgh's recently reunited Clearview Kills has a new song online titled "Drag The Lake." The song was tracked with engineer Dan Malsch (Punchline, Forever The Sickest Kids) and producers Tom Petta of Bigwig and Chris Barker of Anti-Flag at Soundmine Studios. The song will be re-released and be featured on the bands upcoming sophomore release due out in early 2008.Connecticut based Redscroll Records has just signed Connecticut hardcore band Hostage Calm. The band, which features ex members of At All Costs, will be recording their full-length debut soon for a release in early 2008. The band's entire new demo is online now via MySpace or as a high quality download via MegaUpload.
