The Higher are still locked out of their myspace, but they have a message for you.
Message from the Band Hello fellow higher friends. We would like to inform you all we have decided to let our drummer, Pat Harter go. It's real tempting to lay out all the details for you, but we're not going to do that. You can say whatever and hear whatever you would like about it, everyone is entitled to their opinions. The truth is that things just weren't working on creative or personal levels anymore. The situation had become intolerable, and that is not the way to exist in a
band, especially when you're living out of a van most of the time.
With that being said we are sorry to all of those who were deleted from our friends on myspace. It seems Pat decided that over 30,000 of you were his to dismiss, while also deleting our music player that had over 5 million plays. We're pretty disgusted about that, but if you were a friend of ours that got deleted or simply want to be one now, please don't fear to hit that add button as we will gladly accept you.
So while we search for a replacement drummer, we are also getting ready to shoot a new video, play a few more stateside shows, and getting ready to go to Japan. We'll have more details on these things later. Thanks for all your support and we will be seeing you this fall in a city near you. Oh and Japan, we can't wait to come see you in November.
