Bono As Art, Part II
 

A painting by Irish artist David Nolan depicting Bono receiving his knighthood will be auctioned off for an expected £2,000 at James Adam auctioneers, the NME reports. This isnt the first time the legendary rocker has inspired a visual artist. Back in August we reported on Dutch sculptor Frans Smeets piece Jesus Loves You Too, which portrays Bono as the quintessential Christ figure, complete with a long white robe and fly shades. Were looking forward to the inevitable Bono-inspired ballet.
