A Wilhelm Scream has confirmed the rumor that Chris (guitar) has left the band. Chris made the following statement regarding his departure:

I have decided that my time with A Wilhelm Scream is over. I started playing music 18 years ago. At that time my only reason for doing it was because it was fun. I have maintained for the duration of my time in Smackin' Isaiah/A Wilhelm Scream that when it stopped being fun, I would give it up. The bottom line here is that I just don't enjoy the day-in, day-out grind of being on tour anymore...

The band recently posted an e-card for their forthcoming October 9 release Career Suicide.
