As we reported last month, Yoko Ono has planned a John Lennon memorial called the Imagine Peace Tower that will be unveiled in Reykjavik, Iceland, on October 9th, which would have been Lennons sixty-seventh birthday. The tower is a giant beam of light that will run each year between October 9th and December 8th, the date Lennon was killed in 1980.
