According to MTV, a number of artists have signed on for a series of 32 concerts aimed at raising awareness about the Darfur conflict and funds for relief. Rock for Darfur will find NOFX, Sick Of It All, Fall Out Boy, the Academy Is, Cartel, Coheed and Cambria, Streetlight Manifesto, Megadeth, Hot Hot Heat and the Decemberists (among others) donating to the cause a portion of the proceeds from their already-scheduled shows around the world on that day. All shows take place on November 10th (as originally scheduled.)
