Denzel Washington masterfully portrays real-life Harlem drug kingpin Frank Lucas, and the film’s nearly three absorbing hours move by swiftly. Travers also has praise for Jerry Seinfeld’s elaborately computer-animated Bee Movie, reading some more adult themes into the kids’ flick.
