  • Britney Spears‘ former manager Johnny Wright is suing for commissions he claims the pop star owes him for deals he worked on through 2008, even though the pair ended their professional relationship in 2003. Despite the suit, he tells US Weekly, “I have a great deal of affection and empathy for her.”
  • The Elvis is Alive Museum is shutting down unless someone purchases the artifacts Bill Beeny, the eight-one-year-old museum proprietor, is selling on eBay. Beeny has helmed the Missouri attraction that claims the King isn’t dead for seventeen years, but the Baptist minister is now turning his attention toward helping the needy.
  • Don Imus will make his return to radio on December 3rd, six months after the shock jock was fired from CBS radio for insensitive on-air comments. Imus’ new home will be from 6 to 10 AM on WABC radio, as rumored last month. His new salary: reportedly near $5 million.
  • Jay-Z supports the controversial title of Nas‘ upcoming album, even though the uproar surrounding it has affected Hova in his role as Def Jam’s head. “He’s not just doing it for the sake of being provocative. Of course we’re going to support his art,” Jay-Z tells MTV News, “I hope [the concept] is coming from a great place.”
