UpdateEverybody, Everybody,

We played our old school album Major Motion Picture this past weekend
at a show in Altoona, PA. This coming weekend we are playing our
album Action in Pittsburgh (the greatest city on earth) @ Diesel.
Thanks for the idea, Less Than Jake. We are also working with RC Cola
w/ Lime on a glass dome in which you can watch us exercise. Ok, not
really. But you should come to these shows if you're around.

We already did 37 Everywhere a few months ago, but will probably do it
again and possibly accoustic in Buffalo.

Our new album was recorded by Jamie Woolford and Sean O'Keefe.
