London retro-rockers SLAVES TO GRAVITY hit the road this week on a string of UK dates.
Having had an incredibly successful 2007......
- TWO Top Five Singles in the UK Rock Chart ('Big Red' entered at #4 and spent 4 weeks in the Top 10 and 'Meantime' went one better and hit the Chart at #3!)
- Tipped to be 'Hot Band of 2008' in RockSound, Metal Hammer, Big Cheese
- Finalists in the 'Best Breakthrough Artist' category at the BT Digital Music Awards
- Performed a number of groundbreaking shows at the CMJ Music Festival in New York
..........2008 looks set to rival it!!!
Having already been booked for this years SXSW festival in Austin, Texas, they head to Slovenia shortly to shoot their next video for single 'Mr Regulator' due for release March 17.
With debut album 'Scatter The Crow' (produced by Chris Sheldon (Foo Fighters, Biffy Clyro, Feeder etc) due for release March 31, 2008 is most certainly shaping up to be the year of the Slaves !!!
